TItanic would be the film that "shaped my world".
My sister and I watched this movie everynight before bed for 2 years. We had the vhs versions that had 2 tapes and we knew if we had to get up to put the 2nd one in, we were up way too late.

Who doesnt love a good romance about a poor american fighting for the love a rich girl that would never be accepted....ME!! and my sister of course. This movie is an epic love story about fighting for what you believer in, and never letting anyone hold you back. Jack is head over heels for Rose and wants the best for her even if it means sacrificing herself.

If you have not seen this film, its worth the 194 minutes that you will spend.

MASS MEDIA

The importance of mass media has never really occurred to me. Now that I sit down to actually think about it, mass media forms our culture. The important of mass media is inevidable. Its every where!! It is taking over the world!!! Without mass  media would wouldnt be about to connect through out the wold within seconds when we have ground breaking news. No one would know that reality star, Snookie, was expecting. although some of these things are less important, it still shows up the power of communication. Our world is advancing every day, and no one knows how far all of this will go.

Magazines

Ohhhh mazagines...

I personally love magazines. It is definitely one of my guilty pleasure. Yes, everyone most of the ones I read are "trash" but I also read a few "educational" ones.

My favorite super girly magazine would be Cosmopolitan. My roommate and I used to sit around my apartment laughing at the random little quizzes they put through out the magazine. This magazine is full of relationship, beauty, self-image, and fashion.

My Favorite "non-trash" magazine would be Digital Photography magazine. This magazine is extremely helpful when it comes to photo tips. From anywhere from lighting to photo shop techniques. this magazine is 5 stars.

I do love my magazines, but I have found that the magazine apps, do the job just as well.

Self Introducti

Introduction:

My Name is Katie Hendricks. I am a freshman at Icc. I am photography major with an emphasis in fine art. I plan on transferring to Memphis College of art next semester. I have an unexplainable love for the arts. Everything I do, everything I see, I feel I do differently than others. My goal in life is touch someone’s life with my art work, even if it just changes something small, I want to make an impact on society with something that I’ve made.

I am from the small town of Cleveland, Ms. My parents are Mike and Daphene Hendricks.I have 3 sisters, Samantha, Meredith, and Amelia. 

Samantha is 17 years old. She is my best friend in the entire world. We do everything together. She is probably the only person that can keep me in line, and she is the biggest elvis fan you’ve ever met. She is also the best model I’ve ever had. Love ya sissy!

Meredith is 12 years old. She is definitely the drama queen of our family. One day she wants to be an actor, the next she wants to be a preacher.

Amelia is 8 years old. She is the baby of the family and she knows it! She is spoiled rotten, but god I love this child!! 

Family is my life, maybe that’s Just a southern thing, but that’s how my mama raised me. I take lots of pride in being from the south mainly because there is nothing else like it.

Hi! Im, kt! 

  I am 17 years old, and an art adviser has"advised" me to start blogging! I have been doing photography for a little over a year now. I really enjoy what I create not so much what I do. I love finding beauty in ugly, and that is going to be one of my projects to post on my blog. I really hope this turns out to be a success otherwise, im just talking to myself....lol....and I do not think that is healthy.
